The estimated cost per day is provided for informational purposes only with the aim to allow consumers to match the cost of different service packages and cannot be paid separately; payment of the service package cost can only be made in full.
To start to use the service, you need:
- to activate the SIM card in Ukraine by calling 111 (free of charge),
- to refill the account at 50 UAH.
The service packages will be provided automatically in case there are not less than 50 UAH on your account.

1For making outgoing calls via BiP Out function or taking incoming calls via BiP In function in BiP app you should have an access to the internet (internet as part of the SIM2GO tariff plan package, internet package at the basic tariffs of lifecell in roaming, by using «Roaming Puzzle» or any other mobile internet package in roaming from lifecell or Wi-Fi).
2BiP Out function gives a possibility to call to other mobile and fixed numbers with the exception of short numbers and numbers of global telecommunications services (numbers starting from 0700, 0800, 0900 etc).
What is BiP?
BiP is a comfortable messenger to communicate with each other. You can send messages, photos, videos, make calls both to mobile and fixed phone numbers by using BiP Out function or to receive calls from somebody via BiP In. With BiP Out function you can makes calls to other numbers with the exception short numbers and numbers starting from 0700, 0800, 0900 etc.
To use BiP you need to be connected to the Internet (mobile Internet or Wi-Fi)
If you still have not downloaded BiP app, do that via Google Play or App Store and register with lifecell number.
How to call via BiP Out (in Ukraine and roaming)
- Open BiP and click on the «Calls» icon.
- Select a number from the list of contacts or enter it via keyboard.
- Click on «BiP Out call» icon
How to take incoming calls via BiP In (in Ukraine and roaming)
You need to SWITCH ON BiP In function in advance:
- Open the «Profile» tab in BiP.
- Select the «Settings» section.
- Go to «Call Settings» and enable the «Accept BiP In Calls».
The app is available for iOS 7.0 and later devices, and Android 4.0 and later.

If the 4-week service package is used, in case of non-payment of the service package and in the period when you have suspended charging of the service package basic tariffs are valid:

1After the usage of the Internet service package before its expiration date an access to the Internet will be limited if other Internet services are not switched on.
2The package of 100 SMS is provided, which is valid till the end of day (by Kyiv time). Since 101 SMS per day, every SMS will cost 1 UAH.
BiP Out and BiP In are functions in BiP app, provided by LIFECELL VENTURES COÖPERATIEF U.A. By making outgoing calls via BiP Out LLC lifecell provides the subscriber with the service of calls termination, initiated by the subscriber by means of BiP Out function in BiP, which is rated according to subscriber's tariff plan.
Please, pay attention! When you call via BiP Out function or if you receive incoming calls via BiP In function:
1) when using lifecell mobile internet in roaming at first there will be used 50 megabyte included to the service package and then base tariffs (if there is not Roaming Puzzle service etc.);
2) when using other Internet connection, the cost of the Internet data traffic may be charged additionally by another Internet provider.
The phone number is valid 365 calendar days from the day of refill at the sum of 10 UAH or more with one payment. Details: s.lifecell.ua/222. To check the valid period of your phone number dial: *121#. If you have forgot your phone number dial: *161#
In case of changing to other tariff plan the 4-week service package which had been paid is remained. The unused part of the service package is not accumulated and not shifted to the next period.
The tariff plan with abovementioned terms is valid throughout the whole territory of Ukraine and in Roaming. Providing of telecommunication services on the temporarily occupied territories and territories, where the governmental authorities temporarily or do not have full powers, can be limited or impossible due to the circumstances, which are beyond the operator's influence and control.
Tariffs are quoted in UAH including VAT and duty to PF. The terms of service are given as of 17.07.2020.
