¹Internet

To the Internet traffic indicated in the table the additional volume, which was used in the previous 4-week service package, is added.
Example:
If in the first 4-week service package within Lifehack tariff, you use 15GB of the Internet traffic, you will get 35GB in the next 4-week service package (15GB you’ve used in the previous service package and plus 20GB within your current service package). After that, if you use, for example, 30GB, you will get 50GB in the next 4-week service package (30GB you’ve used in the previous service package and plus 20GB within your current service package).

Data about Internet traffic volume, used in the previous 4-week service package within line of Lifehack tariffs, is fixed and kept during 7 days. I.e. if from the moment of the last 4-week service package expiry more than 7 days passed, in the next 4-week service package 20GB.

²Services without pay for Internet traffic

You will have unlimited access to Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, if you pay the price of a 4-week service package. Use only official applications for tablets and smartphones, or mobile or web versions of social networking sites.

The 1-day service package

If the 4-week service package is not paid on time, the 1-day service package will be automatically provided, the filling of which depends on the amount on the account, so that you always stay in touch.

Reorder of service package before current tariff period expiry

If you have used calls or Internet within your tariff plan, you can order a new service package, without waiting for the current package expiry. You can order next service package no more than once a day. To order, dial: *700#. The validity period of the service package ordered ahead of schedule is not added to the validity period of the current package, but starts from the date of the order.

MeloRing

The melody of MeloRing service is included to the cost of starter package or when migrating to this tariff plan for 15 days (including the day of activation and migration). After this period, the melody is automatically turned off. If you want to continue using the melody, order the MeloRing service for 20 UAH/30 days. You can switch the MeloRing service once again by calling short number 5050 or dial *150#.

⁴The package of 10 min to lifecell for 10 days is granted to the subscriber. Standard tariff will be applied after accrued 10 minutes are expired. The next 10-minut service package is accrued after the service package will expire.

⁵If the amount on the account is more than 2 kopecks, but not enough to pay for a minute of outgoing and/or transferred call at standard cost, the number of seconds corresponding to the balance on the account (based on the cost of 1 second=0,033 UAH) will be accrued for you.

⁶The package of 10 SMS is granted, which is valid till the end of day (Kyiv time). Starting from the 11th SMS per day or if there less than 5 UAH on the account, the cost is 2 UAH per SMS.

When switching from service on the terms of a written agreement to the Lifehack tariff, the tariff plan is activated with the package of minutes included 1500 minutes to all numbers within Ukraine (landline and mobile, including lifecell) by default. For changing the pack of minutes please use *850# within the Manageable minutes service (you get the first two changes for free, further it is 10 UAH per change; one change is available per a day).

Other terms of the tariff plan

All taxes and fees are included. The minimum tariff plan duration is 7 calendar days from the date of its activation. By activating this tariff plan, the subscriber confirms, that he/she has read and agrees to the terms of the selected tariff plan, the terms and procedure for the provision of telecommunication services by LLC lifecell, how to use the chosen tariff plan, received all the required, available and reliable information about telecommunications services, their quantity, quality, range, as well as their provider (contractor, seller).

Redirected calls are charged based on a tariff of outcoming call depending on the direction. For redirected calls to lifecell numbers additional fee is charged – 1,00 UAH per call.

This tariff plan is launched on December 18, 2019.

The tariff plan terms are valid as of February 05, 2025.

The tariff plan with above-mentioned terms is valid throughout Ukraine. The provision of services in the temporarily occupied and uncontrolled territories of Ukraine may be limited or impossible due to circumstances that are beyond the influence and control of the operator.

Please note! The operator reserves the right to set and change tariffs (tariff plans) for its services in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “About Telecommunications”, to change the list of the services of such kind, as well as change the terms and conditions for them; change the period of Campaigns, prematurely terminate, stop their validation period unilaterally in accordance with terms and procedures of providing the LLC lifecell telecommunication services.
