Region, Smart Life, Simple Life, Dzvinkiy BEZMEZH, Powerful, Platinum Life, Lifeset M, Care. Service price depends on subscriber’s tariff plan and the volume of unused services. See the table below.
Hamster service is available for activation during a day from the moment of payment for the next service package within the tariff.
Say “Yes!” to Hamster! – dial *199# and your remaining volume will be transferred.
Only minutes, megabytes and SMS included in the tariff can be transferred on condition that the volume of unused minutes or megabytes exceed 20% of the overall service package volume, provided within your tariff. The validity of the transferred volume is the same as the validity of the paid service package within your tariff. The transferred volume of minutes, megabytes and SMS are used in the first instance.
Please pay attention that Hamster service is available for activation only on condition of due payment for the next service package within your tariff. Namely, not later than 5 days after the previous service package validity. By paying it off on the 6th day or later, service activation is unavailable.
Hamster service is unavailable for activation by paying off the daily package or re-ordering the service package before the expiration of the previous service package.
Hamster service is unavailable for activation for subscribers with activated 3G Online, Cheap calls, Online 100GB, Online 2GB, Online 4GB, Online 10GB services.
Minutes, megabytes and SMS in Ukraine provided within Plus service are transferred with unused volume of tariff’s service package.
“Hamster” service can be paid only from the main account.
